Terms of use and public offer
Terms of using the service and the public offer for the Three Marks Plus subscription.

1. Parties
The provider is full name or company name, TIN TIN, PSRN PSRN, address: address, email: support@triotmetki.ru. The user is anyone who uses the Three Marks site or buys a subscription.
2. Subject
Three Marks is an unofficial fan-made statistics and tools service for Mir Tankov. It is not affiliated with Lesta Games; game data comes from the open Lesta API. The core features are free.
3. Account
You sign in with Lesta ID. We never receive or store your game password. You are responsible for actions taken in your account and can delete it at any time under «My profile».
4. The Plus subscription
Three Marks Plus is a paid subscription that raises limits and unlocks extra features. Some features are free within a monthly allowance (for example 3D armor and detailed battle analysis); allowances follow the calendar month and renew on the 1st at 00:00 Moscow time. The subscription's contents, allowances, prices and periods are listed on the Plus page and form part of this offer. Paying for the subscription means accepting the offer.
5. Payment and renewal
Payments are processed by payment provider name. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn auto-renewal off under «Subscription». A fiscal receipt is sent to your email under Russian Federal Law No. 54-FZ.
6. Refunds
You can cancel at any time: turn auto-renew off under “Subscription”, and access stays until the end of the paid period. The paid period is not refunded automatically: we refund the unused days on your request — write to support@triotmetki.ru or the bot. The money goes back the way you paid, within 10 days of the request.
7. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site around the public API, disrupt the service, publish other people's data without consent, or break the Mir Tankov rules. The Three Marks mod shows only your own data.
8. Liability
The service is provided «as is». Statistics are computed from the Lesta API and may differ from in-game figures. We are not liable for Lesta API outages or for decisions made based on the statistics.
9. Changes to the terms
A new version takes effect when published on this page. For active subscriptions, price changes apply from the next period. Version date: date.
