What data Three Marks collects, why, and how you can control it.

1. Data controller
The personal data controller is full name or company name, TIN TIN, PSRN PSRN, address: address. Contact for data questions: support@triotmetki.ru.
2. What data we process
When you sign in with Lesta ID: the Mir Tankov account ID and nickname and a Lesta API access token. If you provide them: your email address and Telegram ID. For the Plus subscription: payment history and subscription status; card data is handled by the payment provider, we never receive or store it. Public game statistics come from the open Lesta API.
3. Why
To show your statistics and analytics, keep your settings, goals and favourites, send the notifications you turned on, and run the Plus subscription.
4. Legal basis
The consent you give when you sign in and turn on notifications, and performance of the contract (terms of use and public offer), under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data».
5. Where and how long data is stored
Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation: hosting provider and region. We keep it while you have an account and delete it within period after the account is deleted, except payment records the law requires us to keep longer.
6. Who receives data
The payment provider payment provider name, to take payments; Telegram, only if you connected the bot. Data is never sold or shared for advertising.
7. Your rights
You can get a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw consent and delete your account under «My profile». Send requests the interface cannot handle to support@triotmetki.ru; we reply within 10 business days.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a technical device cookie with a random identifier to count free allowances without signing in (such as 3D armor views), and browser local storage for theme, language and display settings. Analytics services: list, if any.
